Tortise Shell Travel Mug

Inspired by classic tortise shell pattern, these wheel-thrown stoneware mugs feature a hand-painted design rendered in black and finished with a semi-transparent amber glaze. This glaze combination has a slight iridescence in some lighting and in certain areas, a greenish/blue break occurs over texture. Each piece is made by hand from start to finish.
